1. Let Your Melders Know

Before you send out invites, make sure your Melders—vendors, residents, and owners—know what’s coming.
Use our pre-launch email templates to spread the word about your upgrade to Property Meld and set expectations for what’s next.

2. Invite Your Vendors

Once you’ve notified your vendors, it’s time to invite them into the platform.
Whether you’re integrated with a property management system or not, the invite process is simple and fast.

And don’t forget—internal maintenance techs should be added as Maintenance users. They have their own version of the platform designed just for them.

3. Invite Your Residents

After sending your pre-launch email to residents, you’re ready to invite them to start using Property Meld.
The process is easy, and there are a couple of extras to make it even better.

You can also add a maintenance submission button to your website and include a notification in your property management system's resident portal.

4. Communicate With Owners

With over 230,000 owners already on the Property Meld platform, we know clear communication is key.
Instead of waiting for the monthly statement, give your owners real-time visibility into maintenance activity with the Owner Hub.

You can choose from three different notification access levels depending on your preferences, and we even have a marketing guide you can customize and send their way.

5. Disable Your Old Maintenance Process

Now that you're live with Property Meld, it's time to shut down your old maintenance submission process.
This step helps your team fully transition and avoid duplicate requests or confusion.

Here's how to handle it depending on your platform:
