NOTE: These setup steps apply to customers interested in adding the Property Meld maintenance request URL to the resident portal in Buildium.
Step 1:
Click Communication and then click Resident Center settings
Step 2:
Click Requests and under Maintenance request redirect, click Edit
Step 3:
Enter your Property Meld Maintenance Request URL into the REDIRECT URL field
NOTE: To locate your Property Meld maintenance request URL, navigate to the area seen in the below screen shot example:
NOTE: To enable residents are able to submit maintenance requests via your resident portal in Buildium, you might need to adjust certain settings.
Step 1:
In your Rentals tab make sure you are in a property. Within the property scroll down until you locate Resident center settings.
Step 2:
Click Edit. Make sure the Allow residents to view and submit request online is checked. If this is not checked the residents can't create a meld in the resident portal.
