This article provides a step-by-step guide to our weekend scheduling feature, allowing you to choose if residents can book appointments on weekends. This added flexibility empowers you to tailor scheduling options to better fit your residents’ needs.
NOTE: This setting does not have the ability to disable weekend scheduling on the vendor side. Vendors will still be able to choose weekend appointment times regardless of the setting selection. Residents will still be able to accept weekend appointments purposed by the vendor.
Step 1:
Click company name, select Account Settings from the dropdown menu, then click on the Scheduling tab.
Step 2:
Click Scheduling card to open.
Step 3:
Check or uncheck box under Other Scheduling Settings to allow or not allow Melds to Melds to be scheduled on the weekend. The click Save.
When turned off the weekends will be grayed out in the residents' appointment selection window.
