Property Meld allows you to "clone" a Meld. Doing this will automatically populate all of the previous information and connect the two Melds for easy reference.
NOTE: Chat history will not be transferred to the cloned Meld, but any photos or files from the original Meld will remain attached to the cloned Meld.
Applications for cloning:
- Generating another Meld from a previously completed repair
- Creating multiple related Melds prior to assigning
- Generating an additional request from an in-progress repair

Step 1:
Click the desired Meld.
Step 2:
Click , then Clone Meld.
Step 3:
Make any necessary changes, then click CLONE.
NOTE: You cannot change the address of a cloned Meld.
Step 4a:
Anytime you clone a Meld it will automatically be displayed in the Related Melds tab.
Step 4b:
Additionally, clicking Related Melds will display these cloned Melds as well as any other related Melds.
