Message Center is your new centralized hub for all communication across Melds and Estimates. From resident, vendor, and owner chat messages to internal message updates, everything is now in one place. It's organized and easy to act on.
With features like recipient-specific chats, templates, AI assistance, and message filtering, Message Center makes it easier than ever to manage conversations and keep maintenance moving.

Key Features
All Your Inbound Chats in One Place
View all Meld and Estimate conversations in a single, streamlined inbox. Click into any chat to view the full conversation thread and jump directly to the associated Meld or Estimate.
Familiar Tools, Upgraded View
All the tools you know and love from our existing chat experience are now available in Message Center. This includes:
Sending messages to specific recipients.
Chat templates for faster replies.
Show recipients in chat footer.
AI-powered message suggestions. In this screenshot example, the chat AI Assistant rewrote the message using a "Friendly" tone.
Filters That Work the Way You Do
Messaging Center makes it easy to stay focused with filters that help you quickly surface what matters:
Top-Level Filters (Tabs)
All Messages: View everything in one scrollable list.
Melds Messages Only: View only messages on Melds.
Estimate Messages Only: View only messages on Estimates.
Unread Messages Only: View all unread messages.
Bulk Mark as Read/Unread (Select All): Quickly manage message statuses in bulk.
Filter Dropdown (Additional Layers)
Use the dropdown inside the Messaging Center to refine your view even further:
Assigned Melds: Focus on messages related to your tasks assigned to you.
Watchlist: Keep tabs on chats that you are an assigned Meld Watcher.
Unread Mentions: See any message that you were mentioned that has not been read.
Flag Messages and Filter by Flagged Messages: View flagged messages.
Key Points
Property Group Selector: What you see is driven by the selected Property Group in your view.
Inbound Non-Automated Messages Only: System generated messages are excluded.
Nexus Messages: Nexus messages will not appear here
