How to View Estimate History - Vendors

Vendors can view current and previous estimates directly from the Estimates section of Property Meld. Estimates are organized into separate tabs based on their current status, making it easy to locate and review estimates throughout the approval process.

Viewing Your Estimate History

1. From the left navigation menu, select Estimates.

   

2. At the top of the Estimates page, select the appropriate tab to view estimates based on their status:

   • Approved - Displays estimates that have been approved.
   • Submitted - Displays estimates that have been submitted.
   • Pending - Displays estimates that are still active in the estimate process. These may show statuses such as In Progress or Pending Approval.
   • Not Approved - Displays estimates that were not approved or are no longer active.

   

3. Each estimate displays information such as the Meld title, property, Meld ID, estimate amount, due date, and current status.
4. Select an estimate to open it and view additional details.

Approved Estimates

Select the Approved tab to review estimates that have been approved.

Submitted Estimates

Select the Submitted tab to review estimates that have been submitted.

Pending Estimates

Select the Pending tab to review estimates that are still in progress or awaiting approval.

Not Approved Estimates

Select the Not Approved tab to review estimates that were not approved or are no longer active.
