Meld’s main list pages have been refreshed with a cleaner, more consistent design. Residents, Properties, Units, Owners, Vendors, and Property Groups now share a more familiar experience, making it easier to search, sort, filter, and work across different areas of Meld.

What users will notice: The lists you already use have a cleaner, more consistent look and feel. Existing workflows and functionality remain available, with improvements that make navigating and managing lists easier.

Help Center updates: Some Help Center articles may temporarily show screenshots of the previous list design. We’ll be updating these articles over the coming days. Unless otherwise noted, the workflows and functionality remain the same.

What’s changing

The redesigned list views introduce a consistent experience across Meld’s primary list pages.

Consistent design and navigation

List pages now share the same general layout, controls, and styling. Once you’re familiar with one refreshed list, the others should feel familiar as well.

Search, sorting, and record counts

Refreshed list pages include tools that make it easier to find and organize information:

  • Search allows you to quickly find records within a list.

  • Sorting allows you to organize the list by available columns.

  • Record counts show how many records match the current view or filters.

Some pages did not previously include search or sorting, so these tools may be new depending on the list you’re using.

Redesigned filtering

Filters now open in a panel on the right side of the page, giving you a dedicated control for each available filter.

After selecting your criteria:

  • Select Apply to update the list.

  • Select Clear to remove your selected filters.

This replaces the previous filtering experience and provides a more consistent way to filter records across Meld.

Table and card views

Where available, you can switch between:

  • Table view for a detailed, row-based view of your records.

  • Card view for a simplified visual layout.

Bulk actions

Pages that previously supported bulk actions continue to do so. Select multiple records to perform available actions on them at the same time.

Opening record details

Selecting a row opens the corresponding record details, providing consistent behavior across the refreshed list pages.

Loading and empty states

Updated loading and empty states provide clearer feedback while information is loading or when no records match the current view.

Important: The redesign does not remove existing list functionality. Existing columns, filters, and actions remain available unless otherwise noted below.

Filtering: Before and after

One of the most noticeable changes is the updated filtering experience.

Before

Filters opened in a smaller pop-up where you first selected the fields you wanted to filter by.

Now

Filters open in a dedicated panel on the right side of the page, with available filtering options displayed together and Clear and Apply controls at the bottom.

The same filtering pattern is now used across refreshed list pages, making it easier to move between different areas of Meld.

Page-specific changes

In addition to the shared improvements above, some list pages include additional updates.

Residents

The Residents page now includes search and sorting, making it easier to locate a specific resident.

Additional updates include:

  • Email addresses and phone numbers can be selected directly from the list.

  • Active, Invited, and Requests views use the refreshed design.

  • Resident counts continue to reflect the currently selected filters.

Properties

The Properties page includes the redesigned list experience along with additional capabilities for customers using Operating Groups.

For eligible users, these include:

  • An Operating Group column showing which group a property belongs to.

  • A bulk action for assigning multiple properties to an Operating Group.

  • A preview before confirming bulk Operating Group changes.

  • Updated filtering consistent with other refreshed list pages.

Operating Groups: Operating Group functionality is currently available only to a small group of customers participating in the closed beta. If your organization does not have access, these options will not appear on the Properties page.

Vendors

The Vendors page now includes a table view in addition to the existing card view.

The refreshed page also includes search and sorting, making it easier to scan, organize, and find vendors.

Units

The Units page uses the refreshed list design while retaining its existing columns, filters, and available actions.

Search, sorting, record counts, and available view options are presented consistently with other redesigned lists.

Owners

The Owners page also uses the refreshed list design while retaining its existing columns, filters, and available actions.

Search, sorting, record counts, and available view options follow the same patterns used throughout the redesigned list experience.

Property Groups

The Property Groups page includes the refreshed design along with a few page-specific updates:

  • A new column displays the number of properties in each Property Group.

  • Property Groups can be deleted directly from the list when the option is available.

  • Search and sorting are available.

The Property Groups page does not include filters.
