Billing profiles help simplify your billing process by allowing you to create separate profiles, add logos, and set defaults. They also help maintain a professional appearance in your financial documents, strengthen brand consistency, and improve billing efficiency.

Create a New Billing Profile
Step 1: Open your company menu
From anywhere in Property Meld, click your company name in the upper-right corner, and then click on Account Settings.
Step 2: Open Invoicing settings
In Account Settings, click Invoicing.
Step 3: Add a new billing profile
On the Billing Profiles page, you will see your current default profile. To create a new one, click Add a new profile.
Step 4: Enter the billing profile details
Fill in the billing profile information, including your business address, phone number, and website. If you want this profile to become your default, turn on Make this the default billing profile.
Step 5: Choose which logo to use
Under the Logo section, choose whether to use your existing white labeling logo or upload a new logo specifically for this billing profile.
Step 6: Upload a billing profile logo
If you choose to upload a new logo, click Upload your own logo and select the image file you want to use.
Step 7: Create the billing profile
After all details are entered, click Create to save the new billing profile.
Apply a Billing Profile to an Existing Bill
Step 1: Open the bill
Navigate to the bill you want to update and click View Bill.
Step 2: Open the Billing Profile dropdown
In the bill details window, click the dropdown next to Billing profile.
Step 3: Select the billing profile
Choose the billing profile you want to use for that bill.
Step 4: Save the bill
Click Save to apply your changes.
Step 5: Preview the bill
Click Preview Bill to confirm the correct billing profile is being used.
Confirm the updated invoice branding
Your selected billing profile will display on the invoice preview, including the logo and billing details associated with that profile.
