This article explains the details and configuration capabilities of the Rentvine Integration.
NOTE: This article only applies to customers with an active integration between Property Meld and Rentvine.
Step 1:
To access Integration Settings, click your Company Name and select Integrations & Partners.
Step 2:
Click the Rentivine card.
Step 3:
Click the Settings tab.
Settings Overview
These options control what information syncs between Property Meld and Rentvine.
Import Properties and Units
Syncs properties and units from Rentvine to Property Meld every ~4 hours.
Import Property Groups
Syncs property groups from Rentvine to Property Meld every ~4 hours.
Import Residents
Syncs residents from Rentvine to Property Meld every ~4 hours.
Automatically Invite Residents
Sends Property Meld invites to residents as soon as they sync from Rentvine.
Import Owners
- When checked, Owners from Rentvine will sync to Property Meld Owners every 4 hours.
- NOTE: Owners will not automatically be invited nor will their notifications be enabled upon import.
Export Approved Invoices as Rentvine Bills
When checked, any invoices that are approved in Property Meld will create a bill in Rentvine.
If "Include the file attachment" is checked, the invoice PDF will sync to the bill.
NOTE: The trigger to export the invoice is to 'Approve' the invoice in Property Meld.
Export Approved Invoices as Rentvine Invoices
When checked, any invoices that are approved in Property Meld will create a Rentvine invoice.
If "Include the file attachment" is checked, the invoice PDF will sync over to Rentvine.
When using this setting, the bill will have to be manually created in Rentvine.
Export approved expenditures as Rentvine Bills
When checked, any expenditures that are approved in Property Meld will create a bill in Rentvine.
If "Include the file attachment" is checked, the expenditure PDF will sync to the bill.
NOTE: The trigger to export the expenditure is to 'Approve' the expenditure in Property Meld.
Export Approved Expenditures as Rentvine Invoices
When checked, any expenditures that are approved in Property Meld will create a Rentvine invoice.
If "Include the file attachment" is checked, the invoice PDF will sync to Rentvine.
When using this setting, the bill will have to be manually created in Rentvine.
