Disabling Maintenance Submissions - Rentvine

To ensure residents submit maintenance requests through Property Meld rather than Rentvine, you’ll want to disable Rentvine’s native maintenance portal and optionally redirect users to Property Meld.

Here’s how:

1. Navigate to your Rentvine Settings
   

2. Click Resident Settings

   

3. Insert your Property Meld URL as the redirect so residents are directed to submit requests from Property Meld rather than Rentvine (e.g., https://app.propertymeld.com/tenant/your-company-name). 

   • NOTE: Turning on the "Service Request Disabled" toggle disables requests being made from Rentvine.

To find your company URL in the Property Meld application to that you copy & paste into the above Rentvine Service Request URL field, see steps below:
 

Step 1:
Click your Company Name and then click Account Settings.

 
Step 2:
Click Company to open.


Step 3:
Copy entire URL and paste into your Rentiving Service Request URL field.
