How It Works
Residents can log in to Property Meld using Magic Link in two ways:
1. Requesting access from the login page
On the login screen, residents select Request Resident Access, enter their email, and receive a Magic Link via email. Clicking the link logs them in directly.
2. Using a fresh Magic Link sent with each Meld update
Any time a Meld is updated (like a chat message or scheduling change), the resident receives an email notification that includes a fresh Magic Link. This link takes them directly to the updated Meld—no login required.
Note: Magic Links will expire after 7 days.
Resident Experience: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Go to the login page
From the Property Meld login screen, residents click Request Resident Access.
Step 2: Enter email
They enter the email address associated with their Property Meld resident account and submit the request.
Step 3: Open the Magic Link email
They receive an email with a one-time Magic Access Link.
Step 4: Click the link
Clicking the link logs them in and takes them directly to their dashboard, where they can submit new Melds or review updates.

The resident didn’t receive the email
Confirm they entered the correct email address
Have them check their spam or junk folder
Confirm that the email they're using matches their resident profile in Property Meld
The link opens the wrong page
Confirm they’re using the most recent email, as each new update sends a new, unique Magic Link tied to that activity
