How to Integrate
Step 1:
Click Company Name, then click Integration Settings.
Step 2:
Click on the GatherKudos integration.
Step 3:
Enter your GatherKudos account name and click SAVE.
Step 4:
Click ENABLE.
How Gather Kudos Works
Good Rating:
If the Resident rates their experience with the Meld as 4 or 5. Property Meld then pushes them to the positive rating form for Gather Kudos. This form presents them with the option to post their review on various other sites. They must then select the site they wish to review on and sign in if needed.
Bad Rating:
If the Resident rates their experience with the Meld as 1 to 3, then Property meld pushes them to the Contact You form for Gather Kudos, allowing the Resident to report the rating to you directly.
