What Syncs Between Yardi and Property Meld
With an active integration, key information moves between Yardi and Property Meld to reduce duplicate data entry. Here's a high-level overview of what syncs:
Yardi to Property Meld
Properties → Properties (every 4 hours)
Units → Units (every 4 hours)
Residents → Residents (in Meld) (every 4 hours)
Vendors → Vendors (manual - Vendors must be manually imported into Property Meld.)

Invoices → Invoice Registers (momentarily after approving invoice in Property Meld)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Owners do not yet sync from Yardi to Property Meld.
Deactivating Units or Properties in Yardi does not automatically deactivate them in Property Meld. You’ll need to manually deactivate them if needed.
Deactivated Units in Property Meld do not count toward your billed unit total.
