Integration Settings - Yardi

This article explains the details and configuration capabilities of the Yardi Integration.

NOTE: This article only applies to customers with an active integration between Property Meld and Yardi. 

Step 1:

To access Integration Settings, click your Company Name and select Integrations & Partners.

Step 2:

Click the Yardi card.

Step 3:

Click the Settings tab.

Settings Overview

These options control what information syncs between Property Meld and Yardi.

Import Properties and Units

• Syncs properties and units from Yardi to Property Meld every ~4 hours.

Import Residents

• Syncs residents from Yardi to Property Meld every ~4 hours.

Automatically Invite Residents

• Sends Property Meld invites to residents as soon as they sync from Yardi.

Import Property Lists as Property Groups

• Imports specific Yardi property lists into Property Meld.

• Separate multiple property lists with commas.

Export Approved Invoices

• Sends approved invoices from Property Meld to the Invoice Register in Yardi.

• Can include file attachments if desired.
