Setup Integration - Rentvine

The Rentvine + Property Meld integration allows you to seamlessly sync your portfolio and contact data from Rentvine into Property Meld, ensuring maintenance coordination is always tied to the latest property and tenant information. Additionally, approved invoice and expenditure data flows back into Rentvine for accurate financial tracking.

This article outlines the information you’ll need to provide and the steps required to request and configure your integration.
 

1️⃣ Information We Need From You

To initiate the integration, please send the following details from your Rentvine environment to support@propertymeld.com:

IMPORTANT: When creating the APIs to send to Property Meld, select the highest Administrator role in Rentvine. See Step 3 below for a screenshot of what this looks like in Rentvine.

• Rentvine URL
  (Copy the full URL you see when logged into your Rentvine account — e.g., https://yourcompany.rentvine.com/)

• API Key

• API Secret

These credentials allow Property Meld to establish a secure connection with your Rentvine data.

2️⃣ Where to Find This Information in Rentvine

To generate the API Key and Secret, a Rentvine admin user will need to follow these steps:

1. Log into Rentvine using an admin account

2. Navigate to the API Key Management area (screenshot placeholder)

3. Generate a new API Key + Secret specifically for Property Meld

4. Copy and securely share the following with support@propertymeld.com:

   • Rentvine login URL

   • API Key

   • API Secret
     
     Step 1:
     Click Settings and then click Users, Roles, and API
     
     
     Step 2:
     Click Api and then click New API Key
     
     
     Step 3:
     IMPORTANT: Select the highest role of Administrator and click Save
     
     
     Step 4:
     Copy both the API Key and the API Secret and submit to Property Meld
