How do property groups work?
Property groups work so that you can only see units, Melds or residents that belong to a property in your assigned property groups. With that said, you must be assigned to the property group or the property must be a part of your property groups for you to view the information underneath it.
How can I view the search result I tried to access?
An account admin will need to perform one of the following actions to resolve this:
- Assign you to the property group the property belongs to using the instructions in this article: How to Assign Users to a Property Group

- Assign the property associated with your search result to a property group you are a part of using the instructions in this article: Managing Property Groups for a Single Property
