The new Property Group Navigator makes it easier than ever to stay focused on what matters most. This global filter, always visible at the top of your screen, automatically updates your view to match the Property Group(s) you select. Whether you're coordinating maintenance, reviewing tasks, or managing estimates, your workspace stays clean, relevant, and free from distractions. Note: Property Group Selector is only available to users with an Admin or Agent role.
Important:
The Property Group Selector does not impact your individual property group assignments or notification settings.
It only affects the information visible to you, including:
- Your dashboard
- Melds list
- Your calendar
- Resident and owner visibility
- Projects
- Invoices and expenditures
Keep in mind: Changing your selection doesn’t remove your access, it just filters what you see.
How to Use Property Group Selector
Step 1:
Click dropdown to select or deselect Property Groups to filter.
Step 2:
Select ALL property groups to see complete activity on your dashboard.
Step 2a:
Or select only those property groups that you wish to view on your dashboard.
Affected Views When Using Property Group Selector
Dashboard
You will only see Dashboard activity from melds created for units/properties that are held within the property groups you have selected.
Melds List
You will only see Melds that have been created for units/properties that are held within the property groups you have selected.
Calendar
Although you will see all melds on your schedule, you will only be able to click into details for those melds that are held within units/properties for those property groups you selected.
Residents
You will only see Residents that reside at properties held within those property groups you selected.
Owners
You will only see Owners for properties held within those property groups you selected.
Projects
You will only see Projects for properties held within those property groups you selected.
Invoices & Expenditures
You will only see Invoices and Expenditures for properties held within those property groups you selected.
