Managing Resident Invite Requests

Using the Resident Invite URL configured in Application Settings (see screenshot below), a Resident can submit a request to join Property Meld associated with the correct account.  This article will provide steps that a Resident can follow to Request an invite.  More importantly, the article will provide steps for managing any Resident Invite Requests.

Resident Requests Invite

Step 1:

Click Request an invite.

Step 2:

To request an invite, Resident needs to fill enter their email address and click GET INVITE.

Manage Resident Requests

Step 1:

Click Residents and then click Requests.

Step 2:

You can either Send an invitation or Delete request. To grant them access, click Send invitation.
