What is PropertyCare+?
PropertyCare+ is a feature that enables you, as a property manager, to promote additional services to your property owners within Owner Hub. Your owners will be able to view your company’s service offerings within Owner Hub, and opt-in to the additional Services they would like completed on their properties.
How Does it Work?
You'll be able to create services with specified descriptions, prices, priorities, and frequencies. Created services will be visible to owners that are registered with the Property Meld Owner Hub where the owner will be able to opt-in. As the property manager, you'll be able to view any opted-in owners within the service detail page. This will allow you to offer preventative maintenance measures to your owners to prevent the expensive repair costs if something were to break. After the owner opts in, you can create a recurring Meld that will automatically generate the Meld for the properties at the appropriate time.
What Will My Owners' See?
When a new service is added, it will appear to the owner in the Owner Hub. No notification is sent when new services are added.
Create a New Service
Step 1:
Click Owners.

Step 2:
Click PropertyCare+.

Step 3:
Click Add Service or Templates.

Step 4:
Click Templates to choose from a list of preset services to customize.

Or click Add Service to add to create a new service not available in templates.

Step 1:
Add Service Title, Service Description, Service Severity, Service Price, and Service Frequency.

Step 2:
To publish service, click the Toggle switch.

Step 3:
Click Create Service.

When the Service is successfully created, you will be taken to the service details page.

Editing an Existing Service
Step 1:
Click See Details on service you wish to edit.

Step 2:
Click Edit.

Step 3:
Make necessary edit and click Update.

Deleting an Existing Service
Step 1:
Click See Details on service you wish to delete.

Step 2:
Click
and then click Delete.

Step 3:
Click Delete to confirm the deletion of service.

Removing an Owner from an Existing Service
Step 1:
Click See Details on service you wish to remove an owner from.

Step 2:
Check box beside owner you wish to remove and click Remove.

Step 3:
Click Remove to confirm the owner from selected service.

A confirmation of success will appear at the top of your screen.

Service Description: Annual Home Inspections save you money in the long run. Fixing an old, leaking pipe is much cheaper than fixing a burst pipe and repairing the subsequent water damage. A home inspection report can show you areas of your home that may need attention and can help avoid problems caused by deferred maintenance. This is why we recommend you opt-in to this service.

Service Title: HVAC Inspection
Service Description: If an HVAC system is not properly maintained, it can lead to costly repairs. This service allows us to properly upkeep your HVAC units through the following actions. Thorough cleaning of coils, drains, and elements. Inspecting connections, motor operations, and thermostat functionality. Monitoring refrigerant pressure. Testing safety controls. Please consider opting-in to this service.
