This article will outline the steps on how to add a single Property.  

 

NOTE: If you have an active integration with your accounting software, you should let your properties sync over rather than manually adding in Meld.

 

Step 1:

Click Properties, then click Create Property.

 

Step 2:

Enter the New Property information into the required fields.

  • Address
    • Line 1 (Required) 
    • Line 2 (Optional)
    • Line 3 (Optional)
  • City
  • State
  • Postal Code
  • Property Groups (optional)

Click Create.

NOTE: 

  • A Unit is automatically created once the Property has been created. You may access/edit the Unit from the Units tab.
  • You must search, then select the desired Property Group(s) from the resulting dropdown list.
