Agents/Admins have the ability to deactivate Units/Properties that are no longer in use. For instructions on how to restore deactivated Units/Properties, refer to Viewing and Restoring Deactivated Properties/Units.

This article will cover how to deactivate:

  • Individual Units/Properties
  • Properties in bulk

NOTE:

  • Only Admins can bulk deactivate Units/Properties
  • Deactivated Units do not add to your Unit count for billing purposes.

Deactivate Individual Units/Properties

Step 1:

Click Properties or Units:

 

Step 2a:

Click  then click Deactivate on the desired Unit or Property:

 

Step 2b:

You can also click on the unit to open and then click  to Deactivate:

 

Deactivate Properties in Bulk

Step 1:

Click Properties, then click the Properties or Units tab:

 

Step 2:

Select Units/Properties to be deactivated by checking their respective boxes. Then click DEACTIVATE PROPERTIES:
