Managing Projects in Property Meld

Projects in Property Meld allow you to group related Melds—like turnovers, renovations, or seasonal maintenance—into a single, organized workflow. This gives you visibility across the entire scope of work: status, progress, costs, files, and coordinator accountability, all in one place.

This guide covers:

  • Navigating the Projects list view

  • Customizing columns and filters

  • Viewing and managing project details

  • Jumping between Projects and Melds

Navigating the Projects Page

From the left-hand menu, click Projects.

At the top of the page, you’ll see four navigation tabs that let you easily toggle between different views:

  • Active Projects – All in-progress Projects

  • My Active Projects – Projects where you're the assigned Coordinator

  • Completed Projects – All Projects marked as completed

  • My Completed Projects – Completed Projects that you coordinated

Customizing the Table View

The Projects page displays a flexible table with sortable, customizable columns. A few of the most useful columns include:

  • Name – Project title

  • Property Name – The associated property

  • Unit – Linked unit, if applicable

  • Type – Project category (e.g., Turn)

  • Progress – Percentage of completed Melds

  • Melds – Number of linked Melds

  • Coordinator – Assigned team member

  • Start Date – When the project began

To adjust the columns shown:

  1. Click Columns on the right side of the page

  2. Check or uncheck fields to customize visibility

  3. Drag and drop columns to change their order

  4. Your view is saved locally—no need to reconfigure each time

Tip: You can simplify your workspace by hiding less relevant columns and prioritizing fields like Coordinator, Start Date, or Address based on your use case.

Using the Search Bar

The Search bar at the top-right helps you quickly surface specific Projects without manually scrolling through the list.

  • State

  • Postal code

Search results will update live as you type, allowing you to jump straight into what you need.

Filtering Projects by Coordinator

Click Filters under the Columns control to access advanced filtering.

From the Filters drawer:

  1. Click the Add Filter dropdown

  2. Choose Coordinators

  3. Select one or more names to narrow down the list

  4. Close the drawer when done—your filters will remain active until cleared

Filters help isolate project work by team member, location, or any other column you've enabled.

1. Summary

Displays overall status, linked costs, start and end dates, and a recent activity log.

2. Meld List

3. Files
