Projects in Property Meld allow you to group related Melds—like turnovers, renovations, or seasonal maintenance—into a single, organized workflow. This gives you visibility across the entire scope of work: status, progress, costs, files, and coordinator accountability, all in one place.
This guide covers:

Customizing columns and filters
Viewing and managing project details
Jumping between Projects and Melds
Navigating the Projects Page

At the top of the page, you’ll see four navigation tabs that let you easily toggle between different views:

Customizing the Table View
The Projects page displays a flexible table with sortable, customizable columns. A few of the most useful columns include:

Property Name – The associated property
Unit – Linked unit, if applicable
Type – Project category (e.g., Turn)
Progress – Percentage of completed Melds
Melds – Number of linked Melds
Coordinator – Assigned team member
Start Date – When the project began
To adjust the columns shown:
Click Columns on the right side of the page
Check or uncheck fields to customize visibility
Drag and drop columns to change their order
Your view is saved locally—no need to reconfigure each time
Tip: You can simplify your workspace by hiding less relevant columns and prioritizing fields like Coordinator, Start Date, or Address based on your use case.
Using the Search Bar
The Search bar at the top-right helps you quickly surface specific Projects without manually scrolling through the list.screenshot
