How to Make a Perfect Decision Assignment

Open any unassigned Meld.
Step 2:
Click Assign.

If recommendations are available, review the suggested options and make your assignment.

When assigning a Meld, our system automatically recommends the best technician(s), vendor(s) based on a ranking algorithm that evaluates recent performance. Here's what goes into the decision:

When triggered, the system automatically prioritizes the resident experience by adjusting recommendation logic, avoiding vendors or technicians with lower satisfaction scores based on identifiable behavioral patterns.
