Sometimes, after submitting an estimate for approval, updates or changes may be needed—like adjusting pricing, adding line items, or swapping out vendors. When that happens, you can easily re-request approval from the property owner right from within Property Meld. This ensures they’re reviewing the most accurate version of the estimate, keeping everything transparent and moving forward without delays.
Re-Requesting Owner Approval
Step 1:
From the open Meld, click the Estimates tab, and then click Cancel Owner Approval Request.
Step 2:
Click Yes, cancel to cancel the pending owner approval.
Step 3:
Click Request Owner Approval to re-request corrected estimate for owner approval.
Step 4:
Make necessary adjustments to the estimate, and then click Update.
Step 5:
Once has updated successfully, click Request Owner Approval.
Step 6:
Click Yes, request to submit the updated owner approval request.
Your adjusted estimate has now been re-submitted for owner approval.
