NOTE: This article only applies to Customers with an active integration between Property Meld and Rent Manager.
Rent Manager may contain a variety of Users for your company. You will need to manually select specific Users to import or link in Property Meld.
As a standard, Property Meld synchronizes data with Rent Manager according to these conditions:
- Properties, Units, and Residents - every 4 hours.
- Melds (New or Update) - immediately.
- Vendors - manually.
- Users - manually.
Step 1:
Click your Company Name and then click Integration Settings.
Step 2:
Click Configure on the Rent Manager card.
Step 3a:
If you have new Users you want to import from Rent Manager, click the Sync Action drop-down and select Import.
Click Select All or select the individual Users you would like to sync.
NOTE: This page will only show Users that have not been imported or synced.
Step 3b:
If you already have Users in Property Meld that need to be linked to a User in Rent Manager, click the Sync Action drop-down and select Link.
The column on the left will show Users in Rent Manager and the column on the right will show Users currently in Property Meld.
Select the User you would like to link.
NOTE: Property Meld will attempt to find matches for you automatically but if the Users have a different name in Property Meld you can search instead.
Step 4:
Scroll to the bottom and click SAVE & CONTINUE to import or link selected Users.
