Adding Property Meld Link to Resident Portal - Rent Manager

Want to make it easier for residents to submit maintenance requests through Property Meld? You can add a direct, clickable link to their Rent Manager portal. Here’s how to do it in just a few steps.

Step 1:

Open System Web Preferences and then expand Tenant Web Access and choose General.

Step 2:

Make the Link Clickable (Optional but Recommended).

• If you want the Property Meld link to be clickable, use basic HTML to embed the hyperlink. Here’s an example you can copy and paste in the highlighted area below: Welcome to your portal!<br>
  Visit us at <a href="https://yourcompany.propertymeld.com" target="_blank">Property Meld</a>

Step 3:

Confirm the Message Displays to Residents.

1. To confirm your message and link are showing correctly:
   • Log in as a test resident or ask one to confirm.
   • Check the Messages section of the Tenant Web Access dashboard.

Your residents will see your custom message and the clickable link right inside their portal for easy access to submit their maintenance requests via Property Meld.
