The Yardi + Property Meld integration allows you to seamlessly sync your portfolio and contact data from Yardi into Property Meld, while financial data such as approved invoices flows back into Yardi.
Currently, Voyager 7, 7S, and 8 are supported.
This article explains the information you’ll need to provide and the steps to request and configure your integration.
1️⃣ Information We Need From You
To initiate the integration, please provide the following details from your Yardi Voyager environment:
API URL
API Username
API Password
Server Name (same as the "Database" value in Yardi)
2️⃣ Where to Find This Information in Yardi
In Yardi Voyager, you can locate the necessary details here:
API URL & Server Name:
Navigate to:System Administration > Administration > About
(Access may depend on your user permissions)Interface User (API Username):
Navigate to:System Administration > Review Users
If you’re unsure or unable to access these areas, please work with your core Voyager team or refer to the Interface Setup Guides in Yardi Client Central.
3️⃣ Yardi Plugin Updates
When a new integration partner (like Property Meld) is approved in Yardi, the option to connect may not immediately appear in your system.
To make it available:
Contact Yardi Support to upgrade your interface plugins
This ensures you have the latest list of integration partners available
This is typically a one-time task per customer (many customers will already have updated plugins)
4️⃣ Controlling Which Properties Sync to Meld
If you do not want all of your Yardi properties to sync into Property Meld, you have a few options:
Limit access in Yardi by only giving us integration access to specific properties
Import all properties, then deactivate unwanted properties/units in Meld after they import (this must be repeated for any new properties you add in Yardi)
Re-evaluate which properties should be in Meld — in many cases, full visibility into all properties can be beneficial

Once you have the required information, contact Property Meld Support with:
Your Yardi API URL
API Username and Password
Server Name (Database)
Any notes on property segmentation preferences
Our team will confirm receipt, initiate the connection, and coordinate any next steps.
