PropertyCare+ is an enhanced service offered through Property Meld, designed to help property managers provide additional maintenance services for your assets. This feature allows you to easily opt-in to services that can protect and maintain your property. Below is a step-by-step guide to opting in to services and viewing the services you’ve selected.

How to Opt-in to a PropertyCare+ Service

  1. Sign In:

    • Log in to your Property Meld Owner Hub account at app.propertymeld.com. If you don't have an account, reach out to your property manager for assistance.
  2. Access PropertyCare+:

    • After logging in, click on the PropertyCare+ tab located at the top of the screen.
  3. Choose a Service:

    • Find the service you wish to opt-in to and click Opt-In Now.
  4. Confirm Your Choice:

    • In the confirmation modal that appears, click Opt-In Now to finalize your selection. Your property manager will be notified that you’ve opted in.

How to View Your Opted-In Services

  1. Sign In:

  2. Access PropertyCare+:

    • Once logged in, click on the PropertyCare+ tab at the top of the screen.

    • Here, you can see a list of all services you’ve opted into. Click See Details to get more information about any service. To opt-out, please contact your property manager directly.
