The Property Meld Owner Hub is designed to enhance your experience by providing an efficient way to manage and oversee maintenance activities for your properties. This portal gives owners the tools to view and manage Melds, handle approval requests, communicate on Melds, adjust notification settings, and update account information. Access to the Owner Hub is granted at the discretion of your property manager.

Owner Hub Dashboard

The Owner Hub Dashboard is your central hub for managing approval requests and messages. From here, you can navigate directly to the Meld Details page by clicking the title of any Meld on the Approval Requests page. Additionally, you can initiate chats directly from this page.

  • Approval Requests Dashboard: Displays all pending approval requests.
  • Messages Dashboard: Shows incoming message notifications from property managers and other owners. Notifications remain until manually cleared.

Meld History

The Meld History page lists all Melds associated with your properties. From here, you can access the Meld Details page and initiate chats.

Tip: Clicking on the title of any Meld on this page will take you directly to the Meld Details page.

Meld Details

The Meld Details page provides comprehensive information about each Meld, including any active approval requests. If a request is active, a View Request button will appear. 

Account Settings

The Account Settings page allows you to update your personal information and customize your notification preferences.
