How to Schedule a Meld - Vendor

As a Vendor, this article provides step-by-step instructions on scheduling a Meld via the following scenarios.

  • Scheduling a Meld
  • Schedule a Meld using a Resident requested appointment window
  • Change already Scheduled Meld

 

Scheduling a Meld 

Step 1:

Click Incoming Requests and click ACCEPT on the specific Meld.

NOTE:  Clicking REJECT will prompt for a reason and sends an email notification to the Property Manager.

Step 2:

Click ACCEPT.

Step 3a:

Choose the Appointment window and click on the calendar to assign that appointment window to one or more days/times.

Click SCHEDULE.

NOTE: Resident will receive email and/or text notification that the Meld has been assigned.  Refer to this article referencing what a Resident experiences.

Step 3b:

Selecting NOT NOW from the above screen, you will also have an option on the Meld to SCHEDULE as seen below.

Schedule a Meld using a Resident requested appointment window

Step 1:

Click Incoming Requests and click ACCEPT on the specific Meld.

Step 2:

Click ACCEPT.

Step 3a:

The Resident requested appointment times will be displayed on the calendar.

Click one of the times and click SCHEDULE. 

The Resident will be notified via email and/or text notification that the Meld has been scheduled.  Refer to this article referencing what a Resident experiences.

– OR –

If any of the provided times do not work, click Select your availability.

Step 3b:

Choose the appropriate Appointment window and click on the calendar to assign that appointment window to one or more dates and times.

Click SCHEDULE.

NOTE: The Resident will not be notified after scheduling.  At this time, contact the Resident through Chat option on the Meld regarding their need to respond to the scheduling request.

Step 3c:

Please note, there is an option on the Meld to SCHEDULE.

Step 4:

If schedule acceptance from the Resident availability, see the highlighted sections for the Scheduled Date and Status.

Change already Scheduled Meld

Step 1:

Click Melds and click the Meld that requires a change to the schedule.

Step 2:

Click 3_dots.png and click Select Availability.

Step 3:

Repeat the same procedure for scheduling (from above) and click SCHEDULE.

NOTE:  The Resident will not be notified after scheduling.  At this time, contact the Resident through Chat option on the Meld regarding their need to respond to the scheduling request.
