How to Accept & Schedule Multi-Appointment Melds - Vendor

Managing complex maintenance tasks just got easier! With the Multi-Appointment Melds feature, you can accept and create multiple appointments for the same job, ensuring every step is completed efficiently—without disrupting your existing schedule.

What Are Multi-Appointment Melds?

Multi-Appointment Melds allow you to accept or set up multiple appointments within a single "In Progress" meld. Whether you're working on a multi-day project or need a follow-up visit, this feature ensures you can schedule additional appointments without overwriting the original schedule.

How to View Additional Appointments

 

Step 1:

Click to open an "In Progress" Meld.

 

 

Step 2:

Refer to area highlighted for Upcoming Appointments and Previous Appointments.

NOTE: Previous Appointments will be an appointment where the scheduled time is in the past.

 

Step 2a:
If needed, click Reschedule to adjust the scheduled time for any upcoming appointment or Cancel to cancel the appointment.

 

 

How to Create Additional Appointments

Step 1:
Click to open an "In Progress" Meld.

 

Step 2:

Click and then click Add Appointment.

 

Step 3:
Click the time and day for additional appointment, and then click SCHEDULE.

 

See additional appointment under Upcoming Appointments.
