Streamlining Resident Communication: Effortless Language Switching in Meld Chat

Residents can easily switch between languages in Property Meld to enhance communication within a Meld. Follow the steps below to change your preferred language and translate chat messages.

Step 1: Select Your Preferred Language When You First Access Your Account

  • The first time you access your Property Meld account, you will be prompted to select your preferred language for sending and receiving chat messages.

Step 2: Change Your Language Preference Anytime

  • To change your language preference after the initial setup:
    1. Navigate to Account Settings.
    2. Click on the gear icon, then select Account Settings.
    3. Go to the Language section.
    4. Choose your preferred language from the list.
    5. Click Save Changes to update your settings.

Step 3: Translate Chat Messages Within a Meld

  • When communicating within a Meld:
    1. Navigate to the chat section of the Meld.
    2. Below each message, you will see an option to translate the message into your preferred language.
    3. Click the translate option to view the message in your chosen language.
    4. To revert the message back to English, simply click the Cancel button.
