Updating Your Requested Appointment Windows - Resident

If your availability has changed since you first submitted your maintenance request, you can easily update your preferred scheduling times directly from your Meld. Here’s how to make sure the vendor/technician has your most up-to-date availability.

 

Step 1:

Click to open meld that you wish to request alternative times.


Step 2:

Click Change.



Step 3:

Choose your new appointment windows that work best for you, then click "SAVE" to update your request. 
NOTE: To remove previous selected times, click on appointment to de-select.



New appointment windows will now display and replace previous appointment windows.
