Property Meld is known for excellent automated communication to make sure everyone is on the same page. Here's where you can customize your notification settings and opt in to receive text messages.
- Do you require your residents to be home when maintenance arrives? Adjust those settings here.
- You can create your own Maintenance Submission button on your website or inside your resident portal using the link found here.
- We know you don't want a resident putting in a Meld for a house fire, right? Adjust your emergency handling protocol and resident announcements around maintenance here. And some helpful examples of Emergency Contact Information can be found here.
4. Initiating Software Partnerships
You’re approaching the finish line for Property Meld 101! All that’s left for this section is to initiate the Integration with your Property Management Software. Select your software below for the steps you’ll take.
If you're a customer of a company not listed above or a customer that is not actively integrated with your PMS then your Customer Success Manager will assist you with getting your data into Property Meld through a manual import.
