Property Managers may request an Estimate of your required costs to complete a Meld (work order) through the Property Meld system. This article explains how to accept, submit, and manage Estimates as a Vendor.

Accepting and Submitting an Estimate
Incoming Estimate requests will appear with the word "(Estimate)" in parenthesis before the Meld title. To accept the Estimate request, click Accept.
Click Accept on the confirmation window.
Once accepted, you will be directed to a scheduling page. If you need to go to the residence to provide an Estimate, first click the Appointment window dropdown to adjust the appointment duration.
Select the desired duration of your visit.
Click within the table to select the desired time to be scheduled.
Please note, if an appointment at the residence is not necessary to submit your Estimate, do not select an appointment window and simply click "NOT NOW" at the bottom of the scheduling page.
To schedule an appointment at the residence, click Schedule.
You will be directed back to the Estimate card. From here, click ADD ITEMS to enter your Estimate.
Enter the requested Line Item details in each field. Click the "+ Add line item" to add additional lines.
Click to enter how many days you will need before beginning the work.
Click to enter how many days you will need to complete the work.
Click the Enter notes field to type any desired notes for the Estimate.
Scroll down and click Save and Submit.
NOTE: clicking "Save Draft" will allow you to return at a later time to add more line items before submitting.
Once Line Items have been submitted, the status of the Estimate will be "Completed".
Click the Estimates header to view all of your Estimates.
Click Approved to view all Melds with approved Estimates.
Click Submitted to view Melds with Estimates that have been submitted to the Property Manager for review.
Click Pending to view any Melds with Estimates that have been reviewed and are pending necessary approval.
Click Not Approved to view Melds with Estimates that were not approved.
If the Property Manager selects your Estimate for approval, it will automatically be assigned to you and will appear as a new Meld under Incoming Requests.
