Updating Your Requested Appointment Windows - Resident
If your availability changes or you need to update the appointment windows you’ve provided, Property Meld makes it simple. Follow the steps below to update your requested appointment windows in the app.
Steps to Update Your Requested Appointment Windows:
Step 1: Access the Appointment Time
- Within your Meld, click on "Change" beneath the "Requested Appointment Time" section.
Step 2: Select and Save New Times
- Choose your new appointment windows that work best for you, then click "SAVE" to update your request.
Important Note: The Vendor will not automatically receive a notification about your newly requested appointment windows. To ensure they are aware of your updated availability, it is recommended to use the Chat feature to inform the Vendor directly.
