If you have property groups set up in your Property Meld account, a filter will be enabled on the search bar that allows for searching inside and outside of your property groups.
There are two options in the filter, here's what they mean:
- My Visibility - This will only show units, Melds, and tenants inside of the user's assigned Property Groups.
- Everything - This will show everything inside of the account, but only units, Melds, and tenants inside of the user's assigned Property Groups will be accessible.
If a unit, Meld, or tenant under the Everything filter is not in the user's assigned property group, the search result will appear grayed out with a 
symbol next you it.
Clicking on a grayed-out result will open a drop-down with a (more info) link. Clicking on the (more info) link will open an article that explains the user is not a part of the property group associated with the search result they have tried to access.
