Maintenance
- Owners created between 12/3/20 and 5/6/21 with SMS enabled were not receiving chats via SMS. A release on 5/6/21 fixed this for new owners going forward but didn't address owners created during the problem period. This release will enable those owners to receive chats by SMS.

Owner Hub
- On the approvals page for an owner without hub access, the browser tab's title was changed from "Dashboard" to "Approval Request".
Maintenance
- Previously, when attempting to edit a Project Template the Name and Target Duration fields would be blank. This issue has been resolved and now the correct Name and Target Duration are displayed on the Edit Project Template form.

Notifications
- A notification is now available that will alert Agents and Admins on management accounts when another manager has created a Meld. This email will be defaulted to off for all existing accounts and defaulted to on for newly created accounts.
- A new notification has been created that will notify managers when a file is uploaded by either a vendor or a resident.
- As an addition to the new notification that will be sent to managers when a vendor or resident uploads files, this will ensure that if multiple files are uploaded at the same time only one notification will go out. Under its original design, a notification would have been sent for each file in the bulk upload.

Maintenance
- Previously, when printing a meld with many chat messages, some could be cut off in the printed version; now all messages will print. Additionally, the integration link shown on the meld detail page was added to the print template when the meld is linked to Propertyware or Rent Manager.
- Rarely when a resident submits a Meld an error causes the Meld to not be created. Although, the resident will see the next screen as though it succeeded. Now they will see an error and not be taken to the next screen.

- Owner cell numbers were not displaying on the meld's Contacts tab in the manager view; this is resolved.
- A bug was identified where there were two sets of the new File Uploaded notification. This has been resolved.

- Previously, when selecting all owners under the 1+ property filter on the Owners list, bulk actions would mistakenly include owners from the 0 property filter that had inactive properties. Now bulk actions on the 1+ property filter only include owners with active properties.

- The New Meld By Manager notification now uses the meld creator's current user name, rather than their name at the time of registration.
- Users were being routed to the login page when attempting to download multiple files from the Owner Hub. This has been resolved and Owners can now bulk download files from the owner hub without error.

- Users were unable to navigate through the pages of the Rent Manager Selective Sync for Residents. This issue has been resolved.
- A new category of "Drywall" has been added to the Meld form and filters list.
- Numerous components of the Owner Hub and the Owners list were updated and will reflect a slightly different visual design. You may notice slightly different colors and styles around those pages. We're striving to implement these components consistently around the app, which should expedite the development of new features.

- A couple of stray owners have appeared with some back-end settings blocking them from receiving SMS. This is an attempt to adjust their settings and prevent the scenario moving forward.
- The "Overdue" filter on the melds list now excludes melds with a due date of today. That case is handled by the "Today" due date filter.
