As a vendor, you can now proactively submit an estimate, even if the property manager hasn’t requested one. This ensures all estimate submissions come from a consistent source, reducing the need to send estimates via email or chat.
IMPORTANT: Estimates can only be submitted prior to scheduling the meld.
Submitting an Estimate
Step 1:
Click to open Meld without accepting
Step 2:
Click and then click Create Estimate.
Step 3:
Enter line item(s), cost, and any applicable notes.
Step 4:
Click SAVE AND SUBMIT.
Your estimate has now been submitted to the property manager to review for approval. Once they approve, you will automatically be assigned the meld.
