What's New or Updated - January 2021

• Property managers can now apply a recurring meld filter on the Melds list. Thus, only melds that were generated via a recurring meld, will populate when the recurring meld filter is applied.
• In addition, a property manager can apply a filter to exclude any melds generated by a recurring meld.

• The subject lines of all meld email notifications for owners, managers, residents, and vendors now show the full address rather than just the property address.
• Sometimes, Melds weren’t being generated by a Recurring Meld when the generation date was towards the end of the month. This is fixed now.
• Miscellaneous bug fixes.

• The chat drawer with the Owner Hub Beta now displays the correct number of chat messages the owner has not read.
• Owners within the Hub can now only see Melds that were created after they were invited to the Owner Hub ensuring that Owners do not see historic information of their property that doesn’t pertain to when they were an Owner.

• Miscellaneous bug fixes.

• A property manager has been given the ability to revoke Hub Access for owners with Owner Hub access.
• An extra “Welcome” email was being sent to owners when Hub Access was being revoked, but this has been fixed.
• Multiple owner accounts were given the ability to be linked when under different property management companies.

• Line 2 of a property's address in Propertyware syncs with Property Meld now.
• Miscellaneous bug fixes.

• Within the Hub, pending owner approvals now are sorted by the most recent request date.
• Owners gained the ability to open large views of files in their browsers.

• The local search on Recurring Melds has been upgraded to include searching by “unit”, “apt” for an apartment, “ste” for a suite, “dept” for the department, and “rm” for the room.

• To help improve the formatting and professionalism of owner email notifications, we have removed header formatting from email templates and replaced them with Bold formatting.
• Rather than populate a new user's Messages Dashboard with all their past, irrelevant messages, new owners will see only new incoming messages within their workflow on the Messages Dashboard.

• Property managers now have the ability to assign default maintenance technicians and vendors to a Recurring Meld so that when a Meld is generated from a Recurring Meld, the default vendor or maintenance technician gets automatically assigned.

• A bug was introduced recently when it was made possible to assign maintenance personnel to a Meld that was already assigned via the Meld edit form. This is fixed now.
