As a resident, you can easily upload photos or documents to a Meld, allowing you to share important information with your Property Manager. Follow these simple steps to upload files from either a computer or a mobile device (including Android and iOS).
Steps to Upload Photos to a Meld:
Step 1: Log in and Select the Meld

Start by logging into your Property Meld account.

Choose the specific Meld where you want to upload a photo or document.
- Note: You can also reply to text notifications with photos or files to automatically attach them to a Meld.
Step 2: Upload Your Photo
- On the Meld card, scroll to the bottom and click the "CLICK, TOUCH, OR DRAG AND DROP TO UPLOAD" field.
- Note: On a mobile device, this action will prompt your device's camera or file explorer to open.
Step 3: View the Uploaded Photo
- After selecting and uploading your photo, it will appear in the Photos section of the Meld card, making it accessible for other users, such as your Property Manager and Vendors, to view.
