This article refers to the capabilities of Property Meld for an owner that does not have access to the Property Meld Owner Hub. For an overview of what can be done in the Owner Hub, refer to Owner Hub Overview - Owner.
Property Meld's goal is to deliver a positive customer experience, while intelligently improving efficiency and oversight. Owners do not have logins to Property Meld, but can chat with property managers and other owners on Melds, receive status updates for repairs and approve/reject the repair approvals for their properties. Property Meld allows owners a hassle-free way to gain all the information needed about repairs.

What can't the Property Meld system do?
-
Property Meld does not accept rent payments. Rent payments need to be coordinated with the property manager.
-
Property Meld does not coordinate the repair between the tenant, vendor, and the property manager. Meld requests are placed in the system and the property manager assigns the repair based on their internal processes.
-
Property Meld does not coordinate billing and payment between the vendor and the property management company. However, invoices can still be created, managed, and exported directly from Property Meld through the property manager.
