This article will provide an overview of individual Filtering Options and Criteria and will elaborate on each option with a description.
NOTE:
You can select multiple filtering options to filter your Melds. Filtering options are an "and" modifier if more than one option is selected. For example, you can filter your Melds by selecting Assigned Maintenance and Creation Date at the same time.
Filter Options Overview

Priority Level
- Filters Melds by a single choice or combination of three different priority levels (Low, Medium or High).

Assigned Maintenance
- Filters Melds by a single Vendor, Internal Technician, or any combination thereof.

Maintenance Type
- Filters Melds based on assignment to an Internal User or External (3rd Party) Vendor.

Meld Status
- Filters Melds by their current status (pending, complete, canceled, etc.).

Project Assigned
- Filters Melds by whether or not they are associated with a Meld Project.

Tags
- Filters Melds based on pre-existing, manager-created Tags. You can either include or exclude one or more Tags in this Filter.
- Tags often correspond to a customized workflow for a given Meld. Examples: Turns, Home Warranty, Owner Approval, etc.

Categories
- Filters Melds by different categories of repair, such as Appliances, Plumbing, Landscaping, etc.

Creation Date
- Filters Melds according to the date created, specified by either a custom date range, or by the modifiers "In the past..." or "Older than...".
- Modifiers are followed by a numerical value of your choosing ("7", "30", "180"), and a calendar term ("Days", "Weeks", etc.).

Scheduled Date
- Filters Melds according to the date scheduled, specified by either a custom date range, or by the modifier "In the past...".
- Modifiers are followed by a numerical value of your choosing ("7", "30", "180"), and a calendar term ("Days", "Weeks", etc.).

Completion Date
- Filters Melds according to the date completed, specified by either a custom date range, or by the modifier "Older than..".
- Modifiers are followed by a numerical value of your choosing ("7", "30", "180"), and a calendar term ("Days", "Weeks", etc.).

Due Date
- Filters Melds by their specified Due Date.
- Options include: Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, or a custom date range.

Invoice
- Filters Melds according to whether or not they have an invoice attached via Property Meld's Invoicing feature.

Invoice Status
- Filter Melds according to the invoice status (Approved, Declined, Draft, Hold, In Review, Paid and/or Submitted)

Expenditure
- Filters Melds according to whether or not they have an expenditure attached via Property Meld's Expenditures feature.

Expenditure Status
- Filters Melds by specific Expenditure statuses.

Scheduling
- Filters Melds according to those that have associated Residents and/or Vendors who do not have matching availability in their schedules.

Reminder Date
- Filters Melds based on the status of a Reminder (Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, custom date range).

Reminder Assigned To
- Filters Melds containing a Reminder assigned to a specific User.
- Will show all Melds that have ever had a reminder assigned to this User, past or present. Recommend using in conjunction with Reminder Date to filter out old Reminders.

Resident Rating
- Filters Melds by any single choice or combination of Resident-submitted ratings (5-star, 4-star, etc.) for Completed Melds.

Property Group
- Filters Melds according to the Property Group that Meld's corresponding Property is assigned to.

Resident Presence
- Filters Melds according to the application of "Resident Presence Required" or "Resident Presence Not Required".

Owner Approval
- Filters Melds according to Owner Approval statuses of Not requested, Requested, Approved, Not approved.

Approval Acknowledgement
- Filters Melds according to an Owner Approval being Acknowledged, or Not Acknowledged, by a Property Manager.

Hours Logged
- Filters Melds according to the amount of time recorded in a Meld's Work Log (if any), specified by the modifiers "Greater or equal to...", "Lesser or equal to...", or "Between...".
