Integration FAQs
Q: Why don't some of my units appear to be importing from Rent Manager?
A: When syncing the units from Rent Manager to Property Meld, make sure the following fields are always entered in Rent Manager. In Rent Manager, these required fields are located under Unit >> General >> Address Details.
- Street
- City
- State
- Postal Code
If any of these fields are empty, Property Meld may not recognize the units, causing them to not sync.
