Tags are created the first-time a Tag name is entered on a Meld. Refer to Manage Tags for steps to view existing Tags, rename Tags, or delete Tags. This article will provide the steps to creating and assigning Tags on a Meld. Best Practices and Examples of Tags provides a guide and recommendations for implementing the use of Tags.
Step 1:
From a Meld and under the Tags header, click the Edit icon to assign an existing or create a new Tag.
Step 2:
Begin typing to display existing Tags. Or, as you type, the Create option is available as highlighted below.
Finish entering the Tag name and click Create option to create the new Tag and assign the Tag to the Meld.
Step 3:
As shown in the screenshot below, the existing Owner Vendor Tag was selected and assigned. Additionally, the Pending Owner Approval Tag is now created and assigned.
Click SAVE.
Step 4:
Shown below are the two Tags assigned to the Meld.
Step 5:
After showing the Edit Tags dialog, remove the Owner Vendor Tag from this Meld by click the x next to the Tag name.
Click SAVE.
Step 6:
Shown below is the single Tag assigned to the Meld.
