As a vendor, you can easily upload files such as before and after photos, bids, estimates, or other relevant documents to a Meld for the property manager to review. This article will guide you through the steps to upload files from both desktop and mobile devices.
File Requirements and Notes:
- File Types: You can upload any file type.
- File Size Limit: Each file must be under 20 MB.
- Upload via Text Notifications: You can now reply to text notifications with attached photos or files to have them automatically added to the Meld.
- Downloading/Deleting Files:
- Downloading multiple files creates a compressed (.zip) file, which can be extracted on most operating systems.
- You can delete files that you’ve uploaded to a Meld.
Uploading Files from a Desktop Web Browser
Step 1: Upload via File Explorer or Drag and Drop

Open the specific Meld where you need to upload files.

To upload, click on "Click, Touch, or Drag and Drop to Upload", which will open a file explorer to select your file.
OR
Drag the file from your desktop to the highlighted section in the Meld to initiate the upload.
Uploading Files from an Android Mobile Device
Step 1: Open the Specific Meld
- Open Property Meld and navigate to the Meld where you want to upload files.
Step 2: Select the Upload Section
- Scroll to the bottom of the Meld and tap on the highlighted upload section.
Step 3: Choose the File or Take a Photo
- You’ll be prompted to either take a photo using your device's camera or upload a file from your mobile device.
Note: You can also reply to text notifications with attached files, and they will be automatically added to the Meld.
Uploading Files from an iOS Mobile Device
Step 1: Open the Specific Meld
- In Property Meld, navigate to the Meld where you need to upload a file.
Step 2: Tap the Upload Section
- At the bottom of the Meld, tap the highlighted section to start the upload process.
Step 3: Upload a File or Take a Photo
- Choose to either take a photo or upload a file saved on your iPhone or iPad.
