As a Vendor, you have the ability to upload files to a Meld for sharing of information to the Property Manager. You can choose to upload before and after photos, bids or estimates, or any other documents that relate to the specific Meld. This article is meant to provide you with the basic steps and screenshots relative to uploading files from a workstation or mobile device (including Android and iOS).

Upload
- Can upload any file type.
- Upload file size limit is 20 MB (per file).
- Files can now be uploaded by replying to text notifications with photos and other files.

Downloading or Deleting
- Selecting multiple files to download results in a single file (*.zip) requiring the file to be extracted to view the files contained in the compressed file. Most operating systems allow a user to simply double-click a *.zip file to extract the contents.
- Downloading or Deleting multiple files is supported.
- By default, those who upload a file to a Meld are those who are able to delete the file.
Desktop Web Browser
Step 1:
Click on CLICK, TOUCH, OR DRAG AND DROP TO UPLOAD to be presented with a file explorer to find a file located on your desktop to upload.

From a specific Meld, drag a file from your desktop computer to the highlight section below to initiate the file upload process.
Android Mobile Device
*You can now reply to text notifications with photos and other files to attach them to a Meld. Otherwise, the below steps will need to be followed.*
Step 1:
Touch to display a specific Meld to upload a file or take a photo to associate with the selected Meld.
Step 2:
On the bottom of the Meld, click on the highlighted section.
Step 3:
Click to either take a photo using the camera or upload a file stored on the mobile device.
iOS Mobile Device
*You can now reply to text notifications with photos and other files to attach them to a Meld. Otherwise, the below steps will need to be followed.*
Step 1:
Touch to display a specific Meld to upload a file or take a photo to associate with the selected Meld.
