NOTE: This article only applies to Customers with an active integration between Property Meld and Propertyware.
Propertyware contains many Vendors (e.g. maintenance-related and not maintenance-related), you will need to manually select specific Vendors to import (add and invite new Vendor) or link (associated with existing Vendor) in Property Meld. Newly added Vendors will automatically receive an email invitation to register as a Vendor from Property Meld.
As a standard, Property Meld synchronizes data with Propertyware according to these conditions.
- Properties, Units, and Tenants - every 4 hours.
- Melds (New or Update) - immediately.
- Vendors - manually.
Step 1:
Click 
and click Integrations.
Step 2:
Click Propertyware card.
Step 3:
Click Sync.
Step 4:
Click SYNC VENDORS.
Step 5a:
NOTE: Only Vendors that have not been Imported or Linked are searchable and/or displayed on this screen.
Select Sync Action Import.
From here, search and select one, many, or all Vendors (with valid email address) to Import from Propertyware into Property Meld.
Click SAVE & CONTINUE to Import selected Vendors. Each of the Vendors imported will receive an email invitation to register their account with Property Meld.

Select Sync Action Link.
From here, search and select the Vendor (with valid email address) that exists in Propertyware (left-hand column) and Search for vendor (right-hand column) to find the Vendor in Property Meld to perform the link operation. Property Meld will try to find matches automatically, but if the Vendor has a different name between Propertyware and Property Meld, perform the search by-hand.
Click SAVE & CONTINUE to Link selected Vendors.
