NOTE: This article only applies to Customers with an active integration between Property Meld and Propertyware.
Once utilizing Property Meld with an active Propertyware integration, you will want to disable the ability for tenants to submit maintenance requests through Propertyware.
Step 1:
Log in to your Propertyware account.
Step 2:
Click Portals, under Allow Tenants to Submit Service Requests, select No and click SAVE.
