Overview: As an owner, you will be notified via email notification when a Meld is assigned, scheduled, completed, or when a Message is sent to you by the property manager. These emails will be property and maintenance related. If you are an owner with Owner Hub access please refer to Communicating on a Meld in Owner Hub- Owner.
If you have opted-in to text messaging (refer to How to Opt-In to Text Messaging), you will be able to receive and respond to messages that are sent to you from the property manager.
Step 1:
You can directly reply or forward any email to communicate with the property manager on the specific Meld.
Note: As an owner, you will be notified via email when the Meld is requested and assigned on one of your properties.
Note: As an Owner, you will be notified via email when the Meld has been Scheduled at one of your properties.
Note: As an Owner, you will be notified via email when the Meld is Completed at one of your properties.
Note: As an Owner, you will receive an email notification when a comment directed to you is entered on a Meld.
Note: As an Owner, you will also receive a text message when a comment directed to you is entered on a Meld.
Step 2:
You can reply to this text message to communicate with the Property Manager on the specific Meld.
