Q. Why do I get "CSRF Failed: CSRF token missing or incorrect" error?
A. This usually happens if you have logged out from a different tab in your browser and tried to do something in your account. You should be able to refresh the page and log in again.
Q. I am receiving too many email alerts. How do I turn some of these off?
A. You can manage your notifications by clicking , Account Settings, then Notifications.

Q. Where can I find the Tenant's contact information?
A. While viewing a Meld, simply click 'View Contact Details' beneath Tenant Contact. You may also click the Contacts tab at the top of the Meld. NOTE: The Tenant contact information can only be accessed once the Meld has been accepted.
Q. Is there a mobile application that I can put on my phone?
A. Property Meld is a browser-based application. It can be accessed by any device with access to a web browser.
Q. If something is preventing me from finishing a Meld (i.e. weather, Tenant out of town), where should I communicate this?
